The Challenge

Build a dual-flow service marketplace: (1) providers list services and customers browse/book if they match requirements, and (2) customers post service requests, providers bid, negotiate via real-time chat, and confirm orders. Also includes car booking as a service vertical.

The Solution

React frontend with NestJS backend. Implemented dual service flow — listing-based booking and reverse-bid marketplace. Real-time chat powered by Socket.io for provider-customer negotiation. Car booking vertical with provider listings and availability management. Bidding engine with bid comparison, chat confirmation, and order management.
